What should I do if I forget my password?

You can easily reset your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login screen.

1. Click “Log In” at the top of the page
2. Click “Forgot your password?”
3. Enter your registered ID (email address) to send a password reset email
4. Click the URL provided in the “Password Reset Instructions” email
5. Set a new password and click the “Reset Password” button
6. Once you receive the “Account Information Update Complete” email at your registered email address, the reset is complete.

[If You Don’t Receive the Email]
If you don’t receive the email, please check the following:
・Check your spam folder to see if it was filtered there
・Make sure the email address you entered is correct
