How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time from “My Profile.”

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click “Cancel Membership” in “My Profile.”
3. A confirmation screen will appear.
 A message stating, “Are you sure you want to cancel your membership? This action cannot be undone,” will be displayed; please review the details.
4. Click “Cancel Membership.”
5. The cancellation process is complete.

*Please note that account information and registration details cannot be restored after cancellation.
