I don’t understand the differences in employment types

2. Contract Employee

Recommended for those who want to work for a specific period.

3. Temporary Staff
・The employment contract is signed with a staffing agency
・The actual workplace is the client company
This is suitable for those who want to gain experience in a variety of workplaces.

4. Part-Time Workers
・Allows for short working hours or working a few days a week
・Easy to balance with school or family life
* Students and those holding a status of residence such as “Family Stay” require a “Permission to engage in activities outside of one's visa status.” Additionally, as a general rule, there is a limit of 28 hours per week.
