Who will train me, and how?

In Japanese workplaces, there is a system in place where a training supervisor or senior colleague will guide you patiently until you fully understand the tasks, so you can start working with peace of mind.

Senior colleagues on the job site and training supervisors will take the lead in teaching you the work.
They will go through the procedures step by step while working alongside you, so even beginners can feel at ease.
They often use photos and manuals to explain tasks, and there are environments where they teach you slowly using simple Japanese.

【Technical Intern Training Program / Employment for Skill Development】
Since this program is based on the premise of “teaching,” we’ve created an environment where you can learn thoroughly from the basics.
You’ll be assigned a mentor who will help you learn the job step by step. Regular meetings are held, creating a supportive environment where you can easily seek advice not only about work but also about daily life.

【Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services】
You’ll gradually get used to the work through post-hire training and on-the-job training (OJT).
It’s easy to consult with your supervisor and senior team members, creating an environment where you can move forward while clarifying any questions you have.
